Then might I suggest that you launch a clandestine operation to expose such scripts and strip them of their ability to shutdown Postfix. Since your associates have all ready denied creating such scripts, they can not now fault you for taking action against something they claim to have had no knowledge of. A careful study of the various logs should reveal what script(s) are culpable.
