for NEW domains this is no problem and for existing domains
it MUST NOT happen that some idiot can add any domain to
a mail-system

what here happens is a backend which allows everything and
normally if this is production you have to shut down
your services because they are not permitted per law

a server software cann never prevent from dumb systems
configured without thinking a single second what it
means if users can add any domain
