if they want to dilver mails they have to get an static-ip
it does not matter if this is a customer

if a customer forces me to accept something weird from dynamic IP's he
will no longer be my customer and as you say "big customer" they should
have a little money for a static ip or use a relay-host/outsourced server
as relay with a static one you can whiteliste if they are too weak to
make sure HELO = hostname = PTR
