Please lose the HTML format. GMail has an option to post in plain
ASCII text. Please use it.

Now, exactly what is your question? A client is trying to send you an
e-mail and it is being rejected, correct? The error message clearly
tells you why that is happening. In any case, without the offending IP,
there is no way for anyone to check out the validity of the error
message.
