TLS for external clients

[AutoGlobus2000 SRL / Gabi LUDA]

Hi
  I am a postfix 2.82 without TLS.It is normal functionaly.
I want to change with TLS and SASL,BUT only external cilents
(Internal clients set with my network=192.168.x.x)
Please help me?
