Dear

Sometimes the bounce queue is filled caused by users that did not type
the correct domains addresses.

For example type hotmil.com against hotmail.com

mistake Results are sometimes

"MX: Host not found, try again"

For postfix, this is normal.

But i did not want to postfix growing the bounce queue for 5 days for
this kind of errors.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Is there a way to force postfix sending a bounce notification to senders
according specific errors ?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Example :
"MX: Host not found, try again"
"421 unable to verify recipient"
"5.7.1 Access denied"
"Sender address rejected: Domain not found"
"Connect to hotmiel.com[69.6.2.98]:25: Connection refused"

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Is there a way to tune the bounce life time against specific errors
that postfix encounter :
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Example : "Connection timed out"

Bets regards
