The qshape output shows the size of the problem, but no details, those
are in the logs. So you have ~20 minutes of delays for some domains.
Now you need to find out *why*. See your logs... is mail deferred,
is delivery slow look at the "a/b/c/d" "delays" entry in the logs,
and see what the typical latency values are for the backlogged
destinations.
