I see.. is there no way to force the outgoing IP address? > It depends on the the routing table which interface is used for outgoing > mail. interesting. the routing table allows for all configured IP addresses to go through the default router - which is in fact the intended configuration. how does postfix decide then on which interface to use, if they all seem to be equal? in my case, it seems to be the 'last' (or highest number) IP address.
