Let's start over here.
Turn off all debugging and verbose logs. If someone wants to
see debug or verbose logs, they'll ask for them. Chances are
excellent that everything you need is included in the default
logging.
Show *all* *non-verbose* postfix logs of a test transaction
being rejected.
Show the "postconf -n" output that was used during the test.
I have yet to see any reject log entry, but maybe I missed it
in all the unrelated stuff.
