I haven't seen this in postscreen logging before. It looks like
someone has been scraping email headers in a really weird manner:

COMMAND PIPELINING from [78.25.24.112]:24477 after MAIL: Cc:
<[email protected]>,\r\n\t<[email protected]>,\r\n\t<[email protected]>>
 SIZE=1016 BODY=7BI
COMMAND PIPELINING from [188.231.169.56]:3161 after MAIL: Cc:
<[email protected]>> SIZE=1016 BODY=7BIT\r\n
COMMAND PIPELINING from [109.97.30.82]:14079 after MAIL: Cc:
<[email protected]>,\r\n\t<[email protected]>,\r\n\t<[email protected]>>

The whole conversation may have looked something like:

    MAIL From: <???
    Cc: <[email protected]>,
            <[email protected]>,
            <[email protected]>> SIZE=1016 BODY=7BIT

Where the content of ??? is unknown, and where "<??? ... >>" was
sent as one MAIL FROM parameter.

        Wietse
