You need to provide more specific information, because it actually matters what environment Postfis is running in. What operating system, file system, hardware (memory), virtualization? How many files are in the incoming, active and deferred queues (see http://www.postfix.org/QSHAPE_README.html)? What do you mean with "taking so long time to execute"?
