When I search for those clauses I come up with the following

address_verify_relayhost = $relayhost
address_verify_transport_maps = $transport_maps
proxy_read_maps = $local_recipient_maps $mydestination
$virtual_alias_maps $virtual_alias_domains $virtual_mailbox_maps
$virtual_mailbox_domains $relay_recipient_maps $relay_domains
$canonical_maps $sender_canonical_maps $recipient_canonical_maps
$relocated_maps $transport_maps $mynetworks
relayhost = myrelay.$mydomain
sender_dependent_relayhost_maps = regexp:/etc/postfix-hd/sender_relayhost
transport_maps = dbm:/etc/postfix-hd/transport

so if I understand correctly, when I use
sender_dependent_relayhost_maps transport and relayhost need to be
empty....

the transport file is configured with the domain name
ex relay8:mydomain

thx for the help,
regards
