When attempting to apply this patch I get:

% patch -p0 <tls_patch
patching file src/tls/tls_misc.c

Perhaps I am applying incorrectly?

Also, did I read right that it should be applied to RC[12]? I'm hoping
that was a typo, as I'm only able to download RC[2].
