For Firefox:
1. Goto http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html and bookmark the page
2. Edit bookmark properties
   Set keyword: pf
   Modify location and add "#%s" at end: 
http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#%s
3. Type "pf permit_mynetworks" into URL input
