well, it's unclear what problem you have. what is your problem exactly?

1- do you have problems sending mail to yahoo and gmail?
if so, do you send a lot of mail to them?
if you need to send a lot of mail to gmail/yahoo/..., you need to get
them to whitelist you.

if you think they reject mail because of your server config, you need to
tell us more about that config: IP address and helo name (by default,
this is your server hostname).


2- is your server rejecting mail from gmail/yahoo/...? if so, you need
to show us some logs.
if the rejection is caused by spamcannibal, then you need to disable
spamcannibal in your postfix configuration. More generally, you should
only use "safe" DNSBLs in your postfix configuration (reject_*_rbl...).
Unsafe DNSBLs can be used in a score based system.
