postfix is a smtp server, not pop3
look on the local mailbox on your postfix server with a local client (
mutt, pine ) or remote client ( thunderbird etc if possible), if the
message is ok,
check your pop 3 server ( whatever it is ) check your antispam, antivirus
( mostly source of problems until scanning mail ), if this is all ok at
your side check the client pop3 downloader and its antivirus etc
solution ( my bet goes there ), guess the MAILER-DAEMON comes from your
pop3 downloader putting mail in some remote smtp server
i had failure message in a equal setup by a buggy network interface on
the client pop side only with pdf attachments in the past
provide more info to debug
but postfix is mostly not involved in such problems ( until your setup
and hardware is ok )
