default_destination_concurrency_limit
See how many smtp processes are already running and change.
Use with care if you are delivering to other servers not in your control. Not
everyone would appreciate too many simultaneous connections. You can also set
different limits for different destination with trivial changes. Postfix is
extremely configurable
