Which means either use "REJECT" (which just reports a "blocked by policy"
status code) instead of "550 5.1.1", or otherwise read:

http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5321
and figure out a more appropriate pair of SMTP and DSN codes. Note
the codes in 3463 are rather limited, one has be "creative" to find
the best approximate match in some cases.
