I think greylisting is the worst thing you can do. I suggest to use postscreen and amavisd-new as pre-queue filter for rejecting spam mails directly in the smtp transaction. Since postfix 2.8 is not yet available, we do this currently with sendmails greet_pause feature and amavisd-new as pre pre-queue filter. Since then greylisting is unnecessary for us.
