i changed the format to include the @... and waited.
i thought i was still having errors, and that i had
some other problem.  on the strength of the two responses
i went back -- turns out the program i was using to
look for continued failures was wrong.  so @... did
fix it, but i thought it hadn't.

thanks.  i did need the help.  i was looking for the
wrong thing.
