Hi Ignacio,
From my experience, many of the services that offer the "This is Spam"
button already knows that people use this instead of unsubscribing. So
it's not the fact that people hit it; it's if you respect that they
don't want it. As you mentioned, your customer does not unsubscribe
addresses. This is not very good.
