Yes, a loop-free forwarding graph is fine, it will add 4 extra hops
worth of "Received" headers to mail for remote sites that are briefly
down. Hopefully the hop-count limits at the destination will not
trigger. Otherwise, it may be prudent to trim some of these with
suitable "IGNORE" rules in "header_checks".
