My opinion is of course biased since we run Mailspike IP reputation, but I'd 
suggest that you give it a try.
Most likely it won't make much difference since you already have tons of DNSBLs 
there, but there's no harm trying :-)
I would also be very interested in seeing the results, if that's something that 
you can share.
