Do NOT list remote domains in "relay_domains". If you don't own the
MX record, it is not a relay_domain. If it is a relay_domain, have
a working "relay_recipient_maps" table with all the valid accounts.

If you are accidentially listing sub-domains of $mydestination
in $relay_domains, because of the backwards-compatible default
setting, consider removing "relay_domains" from
"parent_domain_matches_subdomains" and setting "relay_domains"
explicitly to the desired (perhaps empty) value.
