Hello
When I configured client to send mails via postfix server, everything works
fine but I do not want the clients to enter the postfix server address when
sending mails. I still want them to point to their respective smtp server like
smtp.example.com and be redirected on the firewall through the postfix server,
scanned for spam and delivered to their smtp server for onward delivery.
Please assist, any other option apart from above will be appreciated.

Do you mean you are wanting to scan even outbound email?  If so, hitting
smtp.gmail.com 25 directly will circumvent that.

You would want to have your clients send their outbound email through
your postfix server and configure it to scan outbound mail.
