http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#postscreen_dnsbl_sites

postscreen_dnsbl_sites (default: empty)

Optional list of DNS blocklist domains, filters and weight factors. When
the list is non-empty, the dnsblog(8) daemon will query these domains
_with the IP addresses_ of non-whitelisted remote SMTP clients, and
postscreen(8) will update an SMTP client's DNSBL score with each
non-error reply.

It seems clear that only IP addresses queried. So, the answer to your
question would appear to be NO, do not use rhsbl sites in postscreen, as
they contain domains, not IP addresses.
