If these hosts are using you as their smarthost, simply whitelist their IPs.

If those smarthosts are partly under your zone of control (they should be, since you're accepting blanket mail from them), set them up on a differrent SMTPd port and force TLS ONLY for those IPs.

Then reject those IPs on the normal SMTPd listener.
