Sure.

Use a Postfix version that supports "FILTER transport:" and that
leaves the nexthop value equal to the recipient domain. Each
transport can have a different smtp_bind_address value.

Use a Postfix version that supports the per-recipient override for
the default_transport parameter. This feature is called
default_transport_maps. Each transport can have a different
smtp_bind_address value.

Otherwise, use one Postfix instance with a regular transport map
entry for each recipient and deliver to different Postfix instances.
Each instance can have a different smtp_bind_address value.
