Sure. Use a Postfix version that supports "FILTER transport:" and that leaves the nexthop value equal to the recipient domain. Each transport can have a different smtp_bind_address value. Use a Postfix version that supports the per-recipient override for the default_transport parameter. This feature is called default_transport_maps.
