True. Post-queue content filtering setup was not affected.

That was fast!!!

Looks good, both a test case and later our main mailer now behave
as they should, no more 100ms entries in the logs. I'll grep the logs
on Monday to re-gather statistics just in case, but it seems the patch
does the right thing.
