I have my own domain (on a dynamic IP) and run my own mail server but I
use relay host to send mail through my ISP.
I recently got this bounce:

You can't control that from your end; your ISP's relay is
required by RFC to add Received: headers showing where the
mail came from, and you can't force the recipient to turn off
stupid features that prevent delivery of your mail.
Your only hope is to contact the recipient via an alternate
channel (telephone or eg. gmail) and suggest they turn off the
"deep scan" feature of their firewall device.
(IMHO that feature is misnamed; rather than "deep scan" it
should be "please greatly increase my false positive
rejections while detecting very little additional real spam".)
