The problem with that is that forwarding changes the addresses.
You normally want to do spam checking in-process, during the original
SMTP delivery.
I think this
would be a good feature for future versions of postfix.
Postfix has had content-filtering for a very very long time.
And even if you want to use such a forwarding scheme to offload content
filtering to somewhere else, postfix can do this easily.
