1. Net neutrality is simply a 'proposed' priniciple, its meaning is not set in stone, and probably never will be, and 2. From wikipedia (as authoritative as any on this issue I guess): "The principle states that if a given user pays for a certain level of Internet access, and another user pays for the same level of access, that the two users should be able to connect to each other at the subscribed level of access." It says nothing about if you pay $1 for a tiny pipe that you get all the bells and whistles that someone paying $2 gets. So, my bubble remains intact, but thanks for trying...
