NOE does it do any harm I am aware of but it may be bad style - I am aware of that but to know which lines are obsolete might have been of much greater help to shorten the mail.cf the wrong configuration or missing configuration lines most likely cause the problem I have and that is what I intended or hoped to find out on this postfix-users mail-list greetings hans
