That depends on whether it is a problem. As I said before, it may be that the incoming emails are borderline already and the addition of a URL is enough to push them over the edge. If so, you don't really want to relax your spamassassin rules as that will just let more real spam through. Instead, try to educate your correspondents to send less malformed email :-)
