Advantages and disadvantages for which use(s)? - Answer will likely not be the same if you also have Dovecot installed for POP3 or IMAP, another POP3/IMAP server, or neither - Are your users likely to tweak delivery using either? What for? (eg, selective forwarding or moving to per-ML folders, moving email tagged as spam (in subject or other headers) to its own folder)
