This is my light survey of the problem:

- Messages recipents have no shell (all virtual users), so the
  "vacation" tool doesnt suit.
- http://www.linuxmail.info/postfix-vacation-autoresponder/ which seems
  to "pipe" but only takes $sender and $recipient
- http://www.postfix.org/addon.html#autoreply
 - http://unwin.org/postfix/ the way I dont way
 - http://frost.ath.cx/~branko/software/yaa/ "not found"
 - http://www.onyxbits.de/gnarwl (only left choice?)

Please, if you have more links on implementing an autoresponder for my
use case (no system users, only virtual ones), I am interested in.
