A client connects but the connection is lost before postfix services it. This might be a sign of overload, or might be nothing important.

Make sure postfix has enough smtpd listeners to handle the expected number of connections. If necessary, adjust the main.cf default_process_limit or the process limit column for smtpd in master.cf.
