Client connects, negotiates TLS (you have smtpd_tls_loglevel=0) sends two
messages over a single connection, and disconnects without sending QUIT.

What software is the client in this scenario?

Is this the MUA? Does the MUA bother to send QUIT, or does it just
disconnect? You can use "debug_peer_list" to see what this client
is up to after it sends mail.
