VS: Recipient limit..but where?

Yeah, it SHOULD be. Now, the question is, why it cuts on 500 recipients... I 
made this 1002 setting to be sure the default (which SHOULD be 1000) was for 
some reason off. But it didn't change anything.

And yes, I remembered to reload :)
