No, only 3 - what made you think 'our in-house servers' meant hundreds? I do know a few people who manage them in the hundreds with some custom scripting. But with the right skill set, someone could do the same with pretty much any distro they wanted to use - Gentoo just makes lots of things a whole lot easier... ;)
