- you should separate your mail submission (outbound mail) from mail
your receive. this is what permit_mynetworks and
permit_sasl_authenticated are for in the "common" setup. but you can o
further and only allow submission on the submission port (587).

- do you really have software that helo's as your (literal) IP?
