and most importantly: don't send test mail to public lists ;-p unfortunately for you (OP), spammers have made sending bulk a very difficult job. the easier way is to find a good/trusted/honest company that sends the bulk mail for you. if this is not possible (or it costs too much), you'll have to work. google for "deliverability" (but that's not enough). if you have a budget, some members here can help you.
