Only valid users(email addresses) can mail to certain users (email addresses) ...

Hi all,
What i want to achieve is for a forwarding list that i have to be able 
to send only a valid sender. For example only mana...@test.com can mail 
to logist...@test.com
Is this possible via sender/recipient restrictions somehow?
