I can't predict when that would happen. Updates for Postfix 2.3 will cease when it becomes too hard to back-port a fix from later Postfix releases. One indicator is that the difference between Postfix 2.2 and 2.3 is actually larger than the difference between Postfix 2.3 and 2.7, as measured by the number of thousands of lines of source code without comments.
