hi today i get alot message like this

delivery temporarily suspended: connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10024: 
Connection refused

when the user try to send or get mail messages,

any idea what ist the cause of "delivery temporarily suspended: connect 
to 127.0.0.1" ???
