In most cases, it is useless. the helo name "identifies" the MTA, not
the sending organisation.

when people want this, they also want a dedicated IP (with a
custom/dedicated reverse DNS) because it is useless to see
Received: from myproudname.example (common-relay.example.com
[192.0.2.3]) ...

If this is the case, use multiple postfix instances (run postfix
multiple times...).
