An SMTP (or LMTP) nexthop is a domain:port or [address]:port.

Multiple nexthops would look like:

    [147.28.0.62], [2001:418:1::62]

And a transport map entry:

    pattern    smtp:[147.28.0.62], [2001:418:1::62]

(not: pattern    smtp:[147.28.0.62], smtp:[2001:418:1::62]).
