There is also "The Postfix Book" by Ralf and Patrick from 2005. Most things described in those books should still work (SMTP has not changed fundamentally). However, the Internet has evolved and many things have been added to Postfix that these books could not cover. Michael Lucas's "Run Your Own Mail Server" book covers the protocols of today, including SPF, DKIM, TLS with Let's Encrypt certificates, and so on. Consider it a companion to the earlier books.
