I know that a sender host should have correct dns records for either A
or PTR.
for HELO hostname, does it require the same settings (both A and PTR are
set, and matching).
The easiest answer, and i have no idea why people just don't do this
automatically, but...
Just set the HELO/EHLO name to be the same as the server's A record hostname.
All problems solved. PTR matched.
