SWAG: It looks to me like I received 2 copies of the same email (am I
subscribed twice?). The recipient for each email is different. That is quite
interesting because most of the time this issue does not occur with the postfix
users maillist. It's been like 3 weeks since I saw it before today.

Apple Mail couldn't handle this. It created 2 files and indexed them.
However, when deleting the first, it appears to have used the msgid to delete
which would have deleted both copies but it still had the second in its mail
list and tried to bring that up which failed because the file was now gone.
